Truck rollover closes one lane of I-10 near Desert Center

The fast lane of westbound Interstate 10 west of Desert Center is expected to be closed until about 1 p.m. after a rollover blocked part of the lane, the California Highway Patrol said.

The truck rolled over about two miles west of Eagle Mountain Road shortly after 4 a.m., spilling diesel and blocking part of the westbound fast lane, the CHP reported.

A CHP dispatcher said it was unknown whether the truck was traveling eastbound or westbound when it rolled over.
